I 100% recommend the Collision Repair Shop! Following my car accident, I had my car repaired through Progressive at the location in Waterford. Sam helped arrange everything and made the entire experience stress free for me. He’s very knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience working with cars and car insurance. He took care of everything and kept me updated on the status of my car the entire time. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions. He also worked with me to waive my deductible. He is an outstanding guy, and this is a great car shop. I hope to not need to go to one again, but if you need one I highly recommend Sam and the team at The Collision Repair Shop. Included are before and after pictures of my car. My car came out looking brand new compared to how it went in. They truly care about doing a great job here, and make sure it’s done the right way and that you walk way satisfied with the service. I went to 4-5 different places before finding this one, and I am very happy I went with this shop for my repairs. Again 100% recommend this place!!

After reading the reviews, my husband & I decided to do a walk-in to get a quote. We were met by Sam and right way, he was so welcoming and answered all of our questions. Sam told us he would handle everything and the next time we hear from him, it would be to pick up our car. Sure enough, that’s exactly what happened!! Picked up the car in perfect condition! His team even detailed cleaned my car!!! 1000% recommendation! Sam even waived our deductible and professionalism was ON POINT!! We will be recommending this business to everyone we know!

Best collision repair shop in town. Seriously, look no further. Excellent prices, excellent customer service and excellent craftsmanship! They replaced my bumper. Basically returned my car brand new. They also painted my rims and they turned out really good! They will go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend them! Shout out to Sam for his help throughout the process!

My 20022 Subaru Forester was tee boned be it at a lower speed so the insurance company would not total it. As I was hunting for a repair shop I came across The Collision Repair Shop in Waterford and decided to have them repair my Forester because of the 5 Star reviews and they did not disappoint. The insurance company wanted them to use after market parts so they made sure I received ome parts. They repaired my Forester in a timely manner and it looks as good as new they even help cover some of my deductible. If I am ever in need of collision work again I will definitely use them again.
