Purchased a vehicle from the lot off of L Street, initially after the purchase a check engine light came on, not able to operate or drive the new vehicle I had just purchased, the mechanics as well as dealers, and management went above and beyond as it was mentioned prior to the final sale, after diagnosing the vehicle they repaired it free of charge. Very professional, easy to work with, hassle free car shopping with down to earth businessmen looking to get folks back on the road!

Very, unpleasant salesman and manager. We wanted my wife's name on the paperwork as well. The manager already had papers made in my name only. Convinced us we could have it done at the court house when titled. Wrong. The loan was only in my name, so it has to be tilted that way. Yes, we could spend more and have it done but shouldn't have to. 2 days, the front tire starts a slow leak. I then realized that the 3 tires had locking lug nuts, and the fourth was missing a lug nut.The truck didn't come with the key. I had no way of removing my tires. Called and left a message with the salesman who had the day off, but it was " sent to his email." Called 2 days later asked for the manager. Got the run around and was sent to his voice mail. So 2 days later after contacting bbb and my wife walking in freaking out on them. I received a phone call that to take my truck to their service center for 4 new/ used lug nuts. Terrible place to spend hard earned money.

worst customer service i ever had. I have plan A warranty.. they had my vehicle for 2 months, I guess they did a engine swap for a internal crack. Dont even know how many miles on the new block. Then they tell me they had to switch another hemi. Bad head gaskets. Vehicle only had 70k. Bought with 39k. Got it back with a check engine light on. Took it back on the appointment day, they still didnt look at it , to fix the problem for days. Then clerk told me it was ready and it wasn't . She call back and apologized,couldn't tell what it was for a week. I had to pay for a rental for 2 months. Then for another week. I just received my vehicle back today. They turnt me all the way off. It's sad. Not only that when I pop my hood I see electrical tape on wires. Never was there before.

Kalem is absolutely amazing, everyone in the service center is great to work with and have an amazing attitude. Kalem was able to push me into their schedule last minute & was extremely understanding.
