After reading the reviews, I decided to visit this shop for a second opinion on my 2020 X5 SUV. Matt assisted me, and I explained my situation. He was skeptical of the diagnosis provided by another workshop and took my vehicle for a road test before putting it on the lift for inspection. After a thorough assessment, he determined that the initial diagnosis was incorrect—there was no issue with the arm and strut, and the vehicle only required an alignment. Impressed by their expertise and professionalism, I also decided to get an oil change while I was there. Thanks, Matt! Also, this is the cleanest shop I’ve ever seen.

I found Little Garage on Google and took my Audi Q7 TDI in for a DEF system issue. The shop was incredibly clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their work. Matt was fantastic—he kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was being done. Best of all, their price was $400 less than what another mechanic had quoted me! Had a great first experience with The Little Garage, which was recommended by my neighbor. They really went out of their way to identify and offer different repair options, which ultimately saved me several hundred dollars. Their team is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. It was a pleasure working with Matt and his team at The Little Garage. I brought my '97 M3 in to them because of a bad alternator. The car had been off the road for 2 years and it needed a lot of love. I put my trust in them to get the car back in road ready shape. Matt communicated all the items that needed to be done and Adam did an awesome job with the repairs. They treat your BMW like it was their own. Waited a few days because so many shops said it was fixed, but I can now happily leave a 5 star review. Our BMW had a gremlin that other specialists could not or would not find and Matt, Jake and the crew at little garage found it and fixed it! Not just that, from first phone call to drop off to pick up we enjoyed clear communication, Matt was thoughtful, honest and thorough. The cost was very reasonable and the work absolutely perfect- and when we picked it up it was clean and the gas tank was full- what?!?! Yes, the Little Garage has earned a lifetime client and breathed life back into our beloved BMW that we worried had become too troublesome to keep. It feels brand new again after Matt and the team gave it the love it needed. Stop reading reviews and get your car to the Little Garage! They renewed my faith in quality work balanced with thoughtful customer service.
