So far so good! I have only tried them once since moving to this area and they were great. I live within 10 minutes of this center and when they heard that I didn鈥檛 have a ride home while I waited a few hours for my repairs, they offered me a complimentary/ courtesy ride home with one of their drivers. The gentleman driving me home was so wonderful, I wish I remembered his name but he was a Colombian man (give him a shoutout) ! This simple gesture to bring clients home will make them stand out from the competition. Vanessa was the lovely lady who assisted me when I dropped the car off. She educated me on what needed to be done and showed me where I can see service codes that the car warns you about. Don鈥檛 get me wrong, the prices at any Honda dealer are typically a bit higher than prices you will get at your local auto shop but the consistency in the work done at Honda gives me peace of mind. Give them a try 馃憤馃徑

DO NOT USE THE NEW BABYLON HONDA SERVICE AND PARTS CENTER! I do not usually get my servicing from the dealership. The prices are always inflated due to the labor costs compared to my local mechanic. However, I do use them for tire repair and replacement. I pay an additional fee on my monthly car note for this service. on 11/15/24 I had a tire replaced, 2 months later the tire blew out again. I automatically assumed they gave me a bad tire, but was told that the "New" tire was actually placed on the front of the car, that's where all new tires are placed for front wheel drive, and the other tires are rotated. Ok, fair enough, I just had another bum tire. 1/13/25 a new tire was then put onto my car. My mechanic looked at the car and told me that the front passenger tire was mounted incorrectly. Of course the dealership claims that they didn't mount that tire....what!? They literally told me ALL new tires are placed at the front of the car!? But all of a sudden the story changed!? They are shady, they lie, and they are just not very good at servicing your car! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

A Disappointing Experience! We drove an hour and a half to a Honda service center we trusted, intending to have an oil and filter change along with a tire rotation. While waiting, we were informed that since the car had 38,000 miles, we also needed a transmission flush. Despite me saying I was in a hurry, they assured me it wouldn鈥檛 take long. They also did not mention any additional cost details. After waiting for 3 hours, they told me they didn鈥檛 have enough fluid and that it would take even longer. To make up for it, they offered to waive the oil change fee and give me a coupon. After waiting from 9 a.m. to noon without food, I had no choice but to leave the service center. I had hoped to spend a peaceful day with my baby niece who I can see maybe once a month, but after 12 p.m., I did leave the service center. By 4 p.m., I still hadn鈥檛 received any updates. Only after I reached out myself did they finally call to say the car was ready. Had I not contacted them, I鈥檓 not sure they would have informed me at all. On top of that, they told me they were closing at 5 p.m. and that I had to come to pick up the car. Since I couldn鈥檛 make it on time, I was told I had to pay over the phone, which ended up being $540. I had booked the appointment through the Hondalink app, and the services I selected didn鈥檛 exceed $170. The $540 charge they gave me was apparently the discounted price. Since the service center was closed, they moved my car to the dealership where I had to go to pick it up at 5:15 p.m. I had to leave my family early to make it in time. They completely ruined my day, plans, and expectations. Not once did they provide clear information about the cost until the last moment. I don鈥檛 know if this happened because I鈥檓 a woman, but I feel taken advantage of. After explaining this to a staff member at the dealership, they assured me they would speak with the manager the next day and work on resolving this issue. I hope they contact me soon and make this right. I don鈥檛 know how I can trust Honda鈥檚 service centers again after this experience. What鈥檚 worse, I later realized they charged me an additional $16 for paying over the phone, bringing the total to $557.

Amazing place I met Nick Frank. I couldn鈥檛 believe how knowledgeable he was on Hondas. He told me it was the only car he would ever drive. Looking forward to more shows here
