I can’t say enough about how wonderful Sam and his crew are at the Oil Exchange. It doesn’t matter what you go in there for even if you have an issue, they will make it right no matter what. They want all of their customers to be happy. They will bend over backwards to do whatever it takes to give you the best service at the best prices. I accidentally hit a curb and knocked part of my bumper off and ask Sam if there was anything he could do and by the time I knew it, he had bolts and a drill in his hand and fixed it for me. I would highly highly highly recommend them for any service that you need. It’s a well run customer oriented company and that’s really hard to find these days. I brought my equinox in for general maintenance, yesterday. The guys in the shop were so kind and knowledgeable! My car is running great! I will definitely come back to this location!!! I appreciate the attention to detail.

Not my experience, but my mother in law has engine damage because this place totally forgot to put oil in her car after she paid for an oil change. She smelled something burning within a day and is awaiting to hear all that was broken because there was no oil running through her car. I would absolutely avoid this place. They now have to legally pay for her car repairs from the damage. She needs a whole new engine. This place only offered to do a rebuilt engine with low grade parts and are completely unqualified when it now needs an entirely new engine. Based on this experience I would say corporate should shut the place down or at least get all new employees considering what they did to this car- catastrophic engine failure from not putting oil in the car.

Loved this place. The owner and workers are awesome. Fixed my gas lines for reasonable price, and it was the same day I brought it in for an oil change.
