The Shop In Quartz Hill

This will be the last time I use this repair shop I took my truck in on December 16th for repairs gave them a deposit for all the parts. I called them every couple of days for updates on parts and got the run around every time. A month goes by still they don’t have all the parts to complete the work, I even had to get on the phone and locate one of the hoses in another state for them. This repair shop is very slow and unreliable they don’t communicate very well with the customer, wanted to change me for parts that my truck didn’t need. I got my deposit back and took my truck to another repair shop they had it fixed in one day. The Shop wasted my time, I lost work and was without a vehicle for over a month.

This shop hands down did a great dam job ! Listen people vehicles are not Cheap to fix bottom line is you come to this shop they will fixed your vehicle . If you can’t afford to fix your vehicle ask them before they begin on a price because they might steer you in the right direction. Nothing is free anymore. Thanks to the shop 👊🏾

Unreal pricing, brought my truck in for an oil leak,they charged 1600.00 to fix the problem,two days later I bought it back for the same leak and was told that all the boots on the driver's side injectors needed to be changed,drivers side valve cover gasket needs to be changed , this is with oil pouring down the side of the engine all over the injectors can't understand how he's determined that the injectors are leaking oil,the young mechanic looked under for 30 seconds,now will cost thousands to fix when I had it in for a oil leak! Why wasn't this addressed The first time I brought it in, of course they took no responsibility and I'm wondering if the repair they did clearly The first time was even needed, so I'm going to get a second opinion and find someone else that I believe that I can trust

DISHONEST PRICING!!!!! In an attempt to support local businesses I proceeded to take my truck for a p2565 code ( turbo charger vane positioning sensor) I was charged $1000.00 for a $300 part. 3 times the original price. Although the repair I requested was simple 1 hour of labor. The shop marked up the part 3 times with no justification! I had hopes of be able to trust this place as it was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately this was not the case. Extremely disappointed to have found another dishonest shop. Are there any honest repair shops out there?!

Super honest people! I went in because of my check engine light. The issue was my catalytic converter. They could’ve easily taken the job, but they informed me that I might have a warranty and help me get the help I needed at no cost! Appreciate you all at The Shop, highly recommend them!
