Buyers Beware bad attitudes at this company. Best to shop elsewhere . I’ve been buying parts for years from them and they couldn’t even give me $1 off . No love here . Mr. Tyrant was the worst sales guy ever . There is no manager to speak to other than trying to contact owner Glenn who wouldn’t reply even the other sales lady says Glenn was to busy of a guy . I’m done spending my money here . Shop somewhere else .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I called the company to buy a kit for my obs truck and spoke with Kenny. I gave him the information of the vehicle and the price he quoted me was $922 . I called a week later to purchased the item and spoke with another representative who offer the same kit for $1063. When I inquired of the price difference I was told to call back and speak with Kenny. When I spoke with Kenny , he made it seem as if he had no recollection of the conversation. I then provided him with small details of are conversation , he admitted to remembering these details , but refuse to admit the price of $922 , instead he acted as if I fabricated the amount .In are last conversation when I called to make the purchase he belittle me . I asked if he remembered who I was , And he said “ After the 3rd phone call your calling again to see if the price is right this time “ .

the only reason i'm giving them a 1 star is because that's the lowest possible. in my opinion it should be no stars. i ordered a set of shocks from them for my truck and they ended up not fitting like they said it would and then instead of standing behind there products and what they say they wanted me to pay a restocking fee and return shipping after hassling with them for a while they finally was gonna wave the restock fee but not the shipping. i don't know maybe i'm wrong but if you tell me somethings gonna fit and it doesn't i shouldn't be out of pocket anything. good luck if you buy something from this company, this is my second experience with them and i went back for a second time and got burnt never will do business with them again and definitely won't recommend.
