Super knowledgeable Trans guy!, I came down from Michigan with a core that he had apart & inspected in less than a half hour. Walked me thru the things to do during installation & was just a super cool old school hot rod guy......bop th350 for 78 trans am

My experience with The Transmission Shop was great. When you call, you talk to the owner Bill who will take the time to talk about your issues or needs. When you get to his shop you are greeted by his awesome Labrador, then you meet Bill. His shop is immaculate and everything is in its place. In my opinion nobody cares more about their business than the owner themselves. That is who will be working on your transmission, Bill the owner. It’s either done right or not at all.

Had a transmission rebuilt by the transmission shop a month ago. When i called and talked to the owner bill, i told him the transmission i wanted rebuilt was under water in a flood, and that i was on the east side of Pennsylvania. Bill offered to tear the transmission apart once i brought it to him if i wanted to wait so he could look at it while i wait because of the distance i had to travel to him (which turned out to be 400 miles one way) and let me know then if it was rebuildable. It was. Bill called me a couple days later to tell me it was done. When i picked up the transmission i was very impressed with bills knowledge and explanation of everything that was done to get this transmission together and satisfactory to what i needed in this transmission. Thank you bill for everything you did to get it together and the extra mile in courtesy, and the politeness of his greeter sam i am his dog. I don't have the transmission in yet, still have some work to do with the motor before i get it running but i feel confident this trans will perform well. Will update when the trans is in and the car is running. Hopefully in the next couple of month's.

Needed a transmission for my 1967 Camaro. I contacted Bill and he answered all my question and had one in stock. I thought the core charges were fair. Bill was easy to talk to and knew his stuff! Would definitely use Bill again if I need transmission work! Thanks Bill!
