Tried this place for an oil change (which is pricey) and they damaged my car in the process (screwed the oil filter cap on at an angle/too tight and broke the threading), they tried denying it was them even though they were the last mechanics that had replaced my oil. Then they overcharged me fixing the damage that they caused (he said they took off “labor fees” but still charged me hundreds of dollars to fix an issue they caused??). If that wasn’t enough, they damaged my car again in the process of fixing the previous damage and then quoted me double the price to fix the new damage, and at checkout, tried to deny the new damage was from them (after they had literally just admitted to it). I called them out on that and they cut the quote down in half. This industry makes me sick. Someone please help me find an honest mechanic somewhere. I know it doesn’t help that I am a single woman and seem easy to take advantage of. In short, don’t go here -they do a bad job, AND rip you off.

We have used Thorpe's Garage for a while now for oil changes and maintenance. He has always been fair, fast & reasonably priced. Recently, I had a flat trailer tire on the freeway. He sent a pick up & got us back on the road in no time when no one else would. Later he checked to make sure we arrived to our destination safely. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Austin cares.

Let me tell you this place is awesome. Few months back brought my car in for new tires and new brakes. They texted me and told me that my brakes were good and we did not need new ones. What garage tells u that, usually when u tell them u want something done they do it with no questions even if u really didn’t need it done. If you want an honest and trusting mechanic you need to go to thorpes.
