My car was less than two weeks off the lot before someone rear ended me and took out my back left panel. My insurance company recommended I work with Three C and so I took my car to them. They communicated with me the entire time my car was in the shop and even got it done slightly ahead of schedule. And when I had a concern about something I noticed after picking it up, they made it very clear to me they would address it and do right by me. And they did. From the reception desk to the guys handling my car (Mark and Greg) to the shop manager, everyone was extremely kind and professional throughout. I legitimately could not have had a better experience.

Three C has been amazing from the moment they received the job from my insurance company their communication regarding my vehicle has been beyond exceptional ! From having a bad experience from another shop they’ve definitely done an amazing job to give a positive experience. Waiting on insurance to determine what route they were going with my vehicle and even though they hadn’t heard back they continued to let me know by email and phone call what was going on if I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Big shoutout to Dakota and the team for their excellent customer service and making me feel like they valued my concerns and talking me through everything and providing advice when needed would recommend them to anyone looking to take their vehicle to be repaired !

My vehicle was hit by someone. I heard about 3C's being a good place to take it, so I did. $15,000 later, my vehicle was back normal. The staff kept me informed as to what was going on in different stages of the process. The manager Chuck was very helpful as the rest of the staff. The place is huge. You'll like the outcome.

I got into a car accident and of course this was the first place I thought of. You know, 'the finest in collision repair' so says the jingle lol Not only is the jingle correct, but it didn't mention how KIND the staff are! Like seriously, every person that works there is so helpful, accommodating, polite, concerned, and just willing to do whatever to make you feel at ease! I've never been to a place of business like that. And they got my baby looking fresh off the assembly line! I really can't say enough great things about this place, but if you choose them for repairs, you will be 100% satisfied and won't regret it for a moment! Thank you Three-C!

EXCELLENT customer service and TOP NOTCH, thorough completion of repairs and reassembly. They are AMAZING!! I was in an auto accident back at the end of January, and I decided to take my vehicle to Three-C Body Shop on 2300 Briggs Road because I heard that they were the best in Columbus. They definitely lived up to that statement and did not disappoint. From the day I pulled my car in, to the day I left, their customer service and processes have been top notch. While I spent a long time waiting for it’s completion due to back ordered parts (out of their control), Allison, the representative of my case, was sure to keep me updated every step of the way. I never was in question about what was going on. She would message me every Monday, if not every other week (over the past 5 months!) to let me know where we were at with the process. Her task of being an intermediary between me and the insurance companies was well performed, and she always covered all the bases on keeping me informed and helping as much as she could. When I did come pick my car up, Kevin lead me to my car and again displayed excellent customer service, showing me what had been repaired and explaining my lifetime warranty I now have with their shop. They even gave me touch-up paint to take home with me in case of any dings or scratches! I 100% recommend Three-C body shop to anyone inside or outside of the Columbus area!!
