If you’re looking for a body shop where they care about you and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taking care off, go no where else but Thriftway Auto Collision, they are the best of the best, from the moment I came in for a estimate they treated me well. Through the process(front bumper and head light fix) they explained everything to me. The staff was great, they took care of things I didn’t even know I needed. Highly recommend. This is the fourth of fifth time I've used Thiftway going back over 20 years. They continue to be the nicest and most professional staff one could hope to deal with for any service provider, especially with the added stress of dealing with a car accident. The work is always done right, and quickly. On a couple visits I had some minor work that needed to be done before turning in a leased vehicle without insurance. Chris was always very helpful and gave me a more than reasonable price for good service. Linda at the front desk is very helpful, proactive with communicating and clearly an expert in navigating the claims process. With our latest claim not only was the work done quickly, they were able to find a backordered part ahead of time to minimize the time my vehicle was at the shop and kept me informed with the status of the repairs and helped deal with my insurance provider. I had my first car repaired here in 2001 and each time I've been back they have given me every reason to ignore any other repair shop. Cannot recommend them enough.

It's never fun being involved in an accident. Steve and his entire staff made the whole process easy and bearable. From start to finish, Thriftway helped me with insurance paperwork and my rental car and kept me in the loop throughout the time they had my 2023 Audi SQ5. My car came back to me spotless and I couldn't be happier the work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and I highly recommend Thriftway!
