I've been going to Tiltons for several years to have my car serviced and repaired. They have always been kind and courteous. They have done everything from oil changes to installing a new motor in my car a few months ago. I'm so happy now to have my car for many years to come. Service- Taken care of quickly and notified of issues right away. Pricing- a little high per hour, my bill came out to over $200 for an hour of labor to install customer supplied mud-flaps. With any work on your car you get what you pay though. Additional- waiting area is decent enough.

I had my truck repaired after a minor accident. Brittany and team did a fantastic job facilitating supplementals and working on my behalf with the other parties insurance company (huge win). The repairs were flawlessly executed, the communication was timely and the vehicle was returned more clean than I've ever seen it.

Buying a car sucks. I simply did not want to do it. I put my big girl pants on, did my research and went in mostly knowing what I wanted. When I got there the car I was hoping for was sold. There was another similar one that I ultimately purchased BUT Rachel did not pressure me. She just showed me the vehicle and ran the numbers. Aside from about 15 minutes of a stereotypical sales manager coming over to pressure me (feels so gross when they do that) after I said I wanted the evening to mull it over, I had a good experience. Without that dude, I would have given it 5 stars. It was quick and relatively painless. Rachel is doing it right. She does not pressure you. She just gives you facts. Thanks Rachel!
