Got the detailing service for my car to give it a fresh new look. Job was not thorough or consistent. Some areas were clean some were not. Outside body still had some sticky dust in areas and was surprised to see how it could be if polishing was done. Missed the middle seat tray area entirely and many other spots , some are in pics attached to review. These are taken minutes after collecting car keys. Communication was missing. Was told 2:30 PM on message and car still needed an hour of work when I arrived.Had to pick next day.

I came to Tint World as recommendation by a friend. They tinted my car and I was surprised on the amount of options offered to protect your investment and make your car look amazing. I came back to have my wife's car detailed and I was amazed once again. The car literally look like new. I heard about their new location so I went today again to have my car detailed. The service only keeps getting better. All the staff is friendly and love what they do. The new facilities are great and I do look forward to my next visit. New building but same old good service worthy of loyal clients and referrals. I wish them well in their new location.

I had an amazing experience at Tint World in Fremont ca. This is my second time get work done to my Porsche. First this painted my rim and then wrap my car. Our Tesla was 1 week old when I brought it to Tint World in September 2024. The day after they tinted the windows I noticed some heat gun damage to the inside of a passenger door, it melted some of the material. One of the side window bubbles never cured, so I brought it back and showed them the damage and the bubbles. They redid the side window and told me they would replace the damaged part once they got it from tesla. Over the following weeks and months they never once reached out to me to follow up on progress. So it's four months now and still nothing. Time to figure out my legal options, and to notify BBB.
