Walk in, Manager Todd Smith greets me with a smile , let’s me explain my situation, need brake pads or possibly rotors on front. Courteous, made me feel confident, honored my time frame of when I needed my vehicle back , and went above and beyond with my needs. 5 STARS, I will be a long time customer to this home town store. “Donnie” I believe was a tech mechanic next to him as well as I checked in. Please praise these men for taking care of me in a time of need. Heard the grinding of my front brakes and the Todd Smith show deserves raving reviews!!! Thanks so much -and the track and field experiences we share are amazing! Small world and it’s filled with outstanding people like Todd Smith. He deserves a raise for his professional services. I have visited this location a few times now and every time I go in the staff is very welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. I typically dread going to car shops without my dad because I am a young woman and have very seldom knowledge about cars and fear getting taken advantage off. Whenever I had questions or didn’t know something Mr. Todd would explain it to me very simply. Again the staff ALL have been very pleasant to work with. 10/10 service!

Amazing customer service by both Todd and the mechanic whose name I cannot recall. Price of the repair of a significant oil leak was far below the estimate provided at a local dealership. Mist importantly, as of day 3, the car seems to be doing great!
