A big thank you to technician Mike in the Canal Winchester OH location for helping me troubleshoot a brake issue. He provided excellent guidance on my options and educated me on the mechanics of the brakes. He even took me to my car to demonstrate his points. His honesty, patience, and expertise were remarkable. I left feeling like a much more informed consumer and an even more loyal customer. Great job!

I came into tire choice expecting to need at least one tire replaced. Staff informed me that it could be patched instead and saved me money. The job only took 15 minutes. Staff was overall very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated that they did not try to upsell me on tires. I recommend and will definitely be back.

This was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with an automotive service center. I was greeted by Dave at the counter, explaining to him how I’d visited many mechanics within the last week who seemed to only make the problem worse. From there I was helped by Zach and Dave who made me feel like family. They assessed my car, found the actual problem, and walked me through the solution. After sinking hundreds into unnecessary repairs these men were honest and thorough, ultimately saving my truck. I can’t thank them enough. You gentlemen have a customer for life!

Best service at a tire shop! David was awesome. Rolled in on a Friday morning with a tire low on air. Turned out it wasn’t just a leak. Two nails and a screw in a spot they couldn’t repair. So they gave me affordable options, put on my spare (after digging it out from all my earth bags and clutter without saying a word) and ordered me a replacement tire. I got around on my spare just fine until they put on the new tire and I was on my way in no time at all. Honest, quick and very kind. I will return and have told my friends how great they were.

The customer service here is amazing, I will be using their service again for any of my tire needs. Communication along the way was spot on and honest. I had picked up a brake line off the road and was able to plug it, lasted all of two weeks, When I brought my car here unfortunately the damage was too close to the sidewall to patch inside as I was hoping for but worked with me and found an affordable set of tires (AWD) to replace them, once we had the go ahead, they were able to quickly get them changed out and back on the road. I had my one year old with me and the staff was so friendly with her and helped me to keep her entertained while all of this was going on, that meant more than anything to me. Thank you again, Especially Ashlin!
