Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Will not be coming back don't typically make appointments to get an oil change because often times it's a quick service anywhere that you go. I Made an appointment for 8am and arrived at 7:45am. After 1 hour of waiting the clerk whom was not very friendly from the start brings out a list of things that need to be fixed. These were some of the things on the list: -Clean and adjust rear break pads ⁃ Replace rear tires -Damaged/build up on battery terminals ⁃ Align and balance tires ( take in mind that they offer a free tire rotation but they'l charge you to align and balance). Oh, and since my back tires were supposedly worn out, they did not rotate them. So why was I there for over 1 hr for a simple oil change even though I had an appointment? Anyway, the bill was adding up to some ridiculous number. I declined all services. Upon getting home, I checked the rear tires and the tires still had plenty of thread...? (Attached is a pic). Also, cleaning the break pads might be something ppl do but if they'reworn out wouldn't you just replace them? Took a picture of the battery terminals, Very slow service.. you be the judge. l'lI take my business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for over 10 years as it is in my neighborhood and convenient to walk back from after dropping off my cars but I'm done using them. They have a new manager named Cameron and his customer service skills are completely lacking. I brought my truck in to have a new battery put in. As I was leaving I noticed black marks all over my drivers seat as if the service guy got in after wiping his hands off on his butt and then got all the grease, tire dust, dirt, or whatever all over my seat. I complained to Cameron that his service staff needed to be more careful. He immediately dismissed my complaint saying that his guy was a germophob and never would have done that. I had my truck detailed not more than a couple months prior and my seats were perfectly clean prior to taking my truck in. His attitude was so typical of his generation I will never be back. He is too young and immature to be in a managerial position. Maybe he should go work at Chick-fila and learn some manners first.

The worst customer service is provided here by the manager. His name is Gus. I have been coming here for sometime and I always see an unhappy customer arguing with him and I thought it must be the customer. This time it happened to me. Here’s a video proof of how this person converses with his customers. You ask him for clarification on pricing or you’d tell him that he has charged you a different fee for the same service in the past, he’ll start calling you a liar and would tell you that you are full of it. He will cuss you out and ensure that you leave unhappily post paying your bill.

I was in the area for Knotts Soak City, as scheduled the vehicle radiator busted and smoked a mile down the road from getting there, after assessing the situation I looked for the closest shop that could help. This was the only shop that answered the phone. I drove here and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. After speaking of what needed to be done made plans for a same day pick up which is ideal for my situation. Within 5 hours, my vehicle was ready. This shop is super convenient when in a pickle in the Knotts area, a walk through the parking lot convenient. Kudos to this team.

I visited this place twice for oil change service only. Both times I felt the people I spoke with were rather unfriendly and unprofessional. Inconsistent with their price and gave me wrong info (they told me my car needed over 8 quarts of oil so they have to charge $120. My manual says its capacity is 6.9).
