Battery in my Kia was dead, took it in and spoke with Ramiro and Moroni. They helped replace the battery and Moroni used his personal car to shuttle me back home and then picked me up when the car was ready. This was far beyond the service expected!! Great Guys and super helpful. I don’t wish for a reason to come back but if I do, I know where to go!

I have been coming here for more than 15 years for my tires and spent thousands of dollars. Today, I went here to fix a small nail in the tire. He wanted to charge $60 for it. The guy tried to sell me a new tire. I didn’t want to spend $380. He got very rude and told me to go somewhere else. This is the Last time we will take our car here. I left and went to next door Harbor Tire Pros.

Windows down, 70°, sun shining, heading south thru Sunset Beach. Perfect day at the moment. Until it sounded like a Huey was landing on top of me. I'm looking up thinking, "Where the heck is it?" Not a Huey. Instead, I "blewie" out my tire. Not just a flat. It blew out in about 5 spots. Seriously, I was getting a new set in about 5 days when I got my SSD deposit. 1st place I called, as I knew of no tire shops in the area, I called Tire Choice, 2.5 miles away. Will answered, said you get it here, and I'll take care of you. They closed at 6 pm on Saturdays. I get there at 4:45 pm I have no money. Nothing on a CC. Zero $$. As I'm trying to do financing on the phone with the programs they offer, he's putting 2 new tires on, rotating them all for safety, as the other ones weren't much better. They just hadn't blown yet. Financing doesn't work. Panicking, I'm calling friends for a loan. Couldn't reach anybody to help. I told him I didn't have anything until Thursday or Friday. He says, "I'll see you Thursday or Friday." In the meantime, he's going to order the other 2 tires, so I have all 4 matching, he tells me. My eyes welled up. "Are you serious?" I said. "Yes, you need tires. To be safe." I have been struggling with having faith in society lately. He restored that faith. I stopped by today, Monday, to let him know I haven't left the country, and I will be back in a few days. He was at lunch, but the guys promised they would let him know I stopped by. Thank you, Will. Charged almost $300 for labor to replace a battery in a jeep that I have never paid more than $60 in labor for a battery install. Charged $100 bugs for diagnostics done for free at AutoZone. This place is a rio-off. Don’t go there.

Only reason I tried this place was because of a Groupon deal. The first day I came in, I believe his name was Ramiro was helping customers. I wasn’t greeted but I thought ok i’ll let him finish. I told him I had a groupon for an oil change and he immediately was rude to me. All he said was “do you have an hour and half to 2 hours to wait” but in a rude tone. I took a moment to pause and was going to ask about coming back later but he cut me off and said “no we don’t do that it’s first come first serve”. In writing this may sound innocent, but in person his demeanor and tone were rude and uninviting. I left and didn’t want to come back, I was actually upset that because I purchased a groupon deal I had to go back. So I decided to wait and came back hoping to not deal with the same guy and my prayers were answered. Moses was there, complete opposite of Ramiro. I ended up leaving happy with the best experience because of Moses. Got my oil changed, the technician that did it came up was very nice and polite as well. Because of Moses, I would definitely come back again.
