Customer service was excellent. I go to that place for many years. Matt and Josh was helping me. I did oil change and tire rotation thank you for your work guys.

I have gone here a couple times for minor tire issues on a set of tires purchased else where. Both times I was treated as if I purchased the tires there. They were great with their price and time quotes, exceeding my expectations. Both gentleman I delt with were both professional and personable. I believe their names were Steven and Dusty, not sure on the second name. I first decided to go there on my daughter's recommendation. She said that they have always treated her great and have done quality work on here cars.

Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never seen anything like this in my entire life! We took our car in to have new front tires replaced. They called us and told us we needed new struts. This was questionable because this car has never given us problems. We told them we would get that fixed another time. Then we go to pick up the car and they told us the rack and pinion needs fixing and this would cost us $1,000. Our car was perfectly fine until we dropped it off at this tire center. Now we are in need of thousands of dollars of repair work. To make it worse we couldn't even drive it home. Our steering was completely ruined. I was so mad that when I went to pick up the car, I walked into the front office area I was completely blown over by the smell of marijuana. I yelled at them because they were smoking on the job while my car is in disrepair. I am taking this all the way to the news stations. I am so upset and will never go here again.

Disappointed and will not return to this location. I give one star because the managers were pleasant however the service was not good. I went in for an oil change. I paid and expected to get the service I paid for . The mechanics here are dishonest. Mark Turner performed my oil change on my vehicle. He was supposed to do a courtesy inspection and rotate the tires. But instead he did the bare minimum. I stood outside and discreetly watched him work on my vehicle. As he was changing the oil he keep on utilizing his cell phone . Through out the course of the oil change he was texting on his cell phone. Not much attention was put into my car. He change the oil,change the oil filter and notified the desk the vehicle was ready. Anthony - supervisor then called me to the desk to pay. I paid then ask for the courtesy inspection paperwork work they normally give after the oil change. As I review the inspection form I noticed everything is marked green (excellent condition) my vehicle is a 2016 with almost 90000 miles there is no way everything is excellent. In fact I haven't changed my air filter in over a year, so I know for a fact the air filter isn't in excellent condition and that's just on a smaller scale of things to mention. I forgot to also mention they did not top off my fluids. Mark Turner change my oil/filter then gave me a false inspection report. Dishonest technician. I mentioned to Anthony about the false report but he didn't seem to do anything about it so needless to say. I won't be back. ! I posted a couple pictures of the supposedly excellent condition filters Mark said I had.

The worst experience ever I wish I can give them no stars, but There was no choice, I came in with my 9/17/24 with my Engine light on they worked on my car for over a month and my engine light is still on,I been trying to get my money back but I keep getting excuses, This place is The worst place I ever been, People do not take your car to these people unless you have money to throw away
