Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

This is 5stars experience. Not 2 stars! Somehow, Google doesn't allow me to put 5stars, 2 stars is MAX. I went there for flat tire to fix. It took 1.5Hr, so I expect $100 for labor and I was secretly hoping for $80 or so. After all, They don't charge me nothing. Because just air bulb was bit loose. The response was honest and overly conscientious. I would recommend everyone to use this store.

Amazing customer service, very informative and very accommodative. Excellent fast service and resolved the issue with my car. I would 100% recommend!

Went here because my car was shaking to the right I don’t have family near me to help as I know nothing about cars. However I didn’t expect to be taken advantage of. my mom called in the morning for a free quote. I brought my car in after school at 2:30 February 17th 2022 however when i got there the front counter guy was kind and then the other (the one working on my car) came out and said “it is a misalignment.”. Excited because that is a cheap fix he went back in after a while he came back out and said along the lines of “sorry it took so long my computer went down.” i said “oh you are working on it?” he seemed annoyed sayings “yeah” or something along that and i was like yeah it’s fine. I had to transfer my daily pay to my bank account to pay. The cost was 117$. It doesn’t end here after two hours of waiting i was now late to work. The man comes out and tells me he is gonna test drive it now and he comes back and tells me the problem isn’t fixed it still shakes and then adds “The front right tier is about to pop It is in critical condition you but if you come back here you can get the new realignment with the new tires.”. I had to be in Columbus in the next 24 hours i was very upset so i got into my car to see my tire caps sitting in my passenger seat. The audacity horrible experience and a very obvious sexist one. The best part was i heard them talking and apparently the higher ups where there that day DO NOT GO HERE. especially if you are a young women. It took a long time to complain because i felt embarrassed but i shouldn’t this store should.

After 4 days straight of having an issue with a tire, I knew it was more than just cold weather causing low tire pressure. Since I commute over an hour one way, I stopped at the first tire shop I seen during business hours. Tire Choice Auto Service Centers of Washington Court House Ohio, became aware of my situation, and even though they had a full garage, they were willing to check it out rather than turn me away as I clearly didn't have an appointment. The kindness shown was above and beyond for someone who had never entered their establishment before. I will be returning for any future business.. A huge Thank YOU to the employees of WCH Tire Choice Auto Service Centers.
