Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I went in for a winter tire that was not holding air pressure. I had just put it on a few days ago and thought it was a problem with the tire not being seated to the rim from coming out of storage. The service man found a screw in the tread and patched it from the inside. This is the best way to repair a tire puncture, as opposed to using a through wall plug. They gave me an appointment so I could come back and not have to wait, fixed the tire, and it has been fine for my 550 mile trip back home to New York from Ohio where they did the work. Everybody was nice at the tire shop. They gave me the expected price for the Tire resetting I thought I needed, and also gave me a price in case there was a puncture. I presume their experience tells them this is the most likely cause of a tire that leaks 10 lb of pressure overnight consistently. And they were correct.

Made an online appointment for same day service on new tires. Service tike exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional and personable and all my questions were answered. They were knowledgable and patient. Left feeling confident in my decision to use Tire Choice. Going back for an alignment.

On occasion, life throws you a curveball, like a flat tire 2.5 hours from home on a 90 degree day when you haven't seen your little ones in 7 days . If you're lucky, you find a few good people to help you out. Luckily for me , the folks at Tire Choice in Marion, OH are as good as they come. Despite getting there with only 45 minutes to close on a Saturday, the customer service rep at the counter was extremely helpful and kind, and the manager and Tech went out of his way to help. While it originally looked like I was going to need a hotel room for the night until a technician could address the issue and possibly replace the tire the following morning, Tony stayed a little late on Saturday evening to not only diagnose but fix the issue - faulty valve stem on my tire. He inspected the tire to make sure it was safe to drive on, and even showed me how to use my car's inflatable spare, which I had never seen before and had never used on this SUV. When I told him how thankful I was that I would be able to make it home to put my 7 & 3 year old to bed that night and asked him if there was anything I could do to thank him, he simply smiled, told me he never liked being away from his family either, and told me to get home safe. I couldn't have had a better experience and am so incredibly thankful to Tony for everything. I don't have a Tire Choice in my town, but I will absolutely be going to one of their sister companies in the future.

I had an online oil change appointment scheduled at another store, and you know how online appointments on main websites can go...sometimes the actual local shop is unaware of them! I arrived at my appointment time and they could not get me in, so they recommended Tire Choice, with which the individual advising me at the original store is also affiliated. I went down the street to Tire Choice, and they got me right in despite having other appointments and not having anticipated my coming before the first individual let them know I would be in mere moments. I was in and out in probably less than 15 minutes, plus everyone was very friendly and professional.
