They conducted a thorough car inspection and determined that all I needed was an oil change. The pricing for the specific type of oil suitable for my sports car was very reasonable. I only needed, only asked for, and only had the time for an oil change. They had no other customers so it certainly looked like I should have been in and out quickly with an oil change. After taking far too long I finally went outside to see if my car was even being worked on at all. I was seriously thinking of just leaving because I had already run out of time. Imagine my surprise when I see my car with all four wheels removed and the technician taking pictures of my brakes that were serviced only about six weeks earlier. Two of my tires were brand new and I had a tire rotation just five days earlier…. Which they undid by rotating again without my authorization. My week and a half old battery was also needlessly inspected.

Made the mistake of calling ahead and scheduling an appointment. Called at 12:35 earlier today (12/29/24) and made an appointment for around an hour later at 1:30pm. Just got here and was told they didn’t have any mechanics available and their one tech was on lunch and wouldn’t be back for another hour. No apology, no attempt to offer any solution, no explanation other than “well it goes to a call center” and apparently they weren’t even aware of the appointment. A discount on their already overpriced (check competitors in a mile radius) oil change or even a “sorry” would have gone a long way in rectifying the situation of them wasting my afternoon. I was told I could sit and wait an extra hour. I opted to go down the street instead where I was let in quicker than that and without an appointment. So just a heads up, unless you enjoy sitting around a waiting room or gambling on if this place is even aware you have an appointment, I would avoid.

Great shop, excellent service, and reasonably priced! The senior mechanic and Joe helped diagnose my car issue. I initially thought it was an alignment problem, but through their thorough diagnosis, it turned out to be the brake rotor. They really helped me avoid unnecessary costs. I highly recommend this place, and they’re even open on Sundays!

Asked the service manager if he was able to fix a flat on an EV his response was “well I’d have to see it” it’s a simple yes or no question since EV tires have a foam lining. I just wanted to know if it’s possible to patch up an EV tire. He made it difficult and couldn’t answer the question and abruptly hung up on me… how rude as a MANAGER to handle a situation that could have been solved just by answering a yes or no question! I would not recommend coming here!!
