I came to this shop yesterday I was really impressed and very satisfied with the outstanding customer service at this shop I will definitely recommend coming here do not go to the dealership at all! I had to get two brake pads in the front of my car and Crown Toyota was going to charge me $387 but My friend had recommended me to this shop he being going to for a long time I’m so happy he told me about it because I got a better deal then the dealership 249.99 for two brake pads I saved $124 dollars so honestly I made the right decision and i definitely recommend coming here. The best auto shop ever!

I ordered tires online and selected this location for installation. Unfortunately, I made a mistake choosing this place. I dropped off my car and was told I was next in line, with an estimated wait time of about 1.5 hours. When I returned 1.5 hours later, my car hadn’t even been touched. In the meantime, they had taken in other cars. The manager, Jesus, tried to make excuses, claiming that the online order and website scheduled my appointment. This was untrue—I had called several times to confirm and schedule my appointment personally. I felt discriminated against, and at the very least, the manager was highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable tire store.

Friendly staff. The place was busy but the staff reassured me that they will fix my flat tire even if it means they stay open longer than their normal busy hour. Thanks to Enrique's efficient work, I was able to drive home safely.
