I had an oil change here for my Honda. Even though they were behind schedule, they still kept me very informed and got it done in a verity timely manner. You don’t have to wait hours like you would at some other places. Everyone was very kind and it was overall a great environment. Would highly recommend.

I had a good experience getting my new tires put on here. I made my appointment online, and was pleasantly greeted once I got there by a very friendly gentleman. He was very thorough in explaining the warranty info and not pushy at all. He was very sincere and honest and I would definitely recommend to friends/family.

The tire buying was very good. In and out. Since I was financing the tires and alignment I paid for both on 10/16. At that time the alignment rack was down. I rescheduled the alignment for 3pm Sat 10/19. When I arrived I was asked to come back in an hour which I did. They were putting a head on a pick up truck. Also there was a car on the alignment rack. I returned at 4pm to be told they were finishing up on the car and they would get me in and out. At 4:45 thet were still working on the car on the alignment rack. I took my keys and left. What is the point of making a appointment? I'm totally unhappy with the Saturday incident. Hoping a Regional Manager will call me but I'm not holding my breath for that. Next move is the BBB and the Attorney General office.

Purchased/install of 4 tires. Took advantage of their Black Friday Sale for buy 3/get 1 with free alignment. Called Friday, talked to the manager. They had a few of the same model tire, but listed at different price points… Manager wasn’t sure why they were different/what was different about them. Upon a quick tire search I was easily able to find they had different specs (speed ratings, load ratings,, etc). As a manager of a tire shop you’d think they would be able to tell/verbalize differences in their available products. Anyways, they only had 2 of the tires I wanted in stock but Val (manager) said their Bellefontaine store had some that could be sent down and was very helpful finding available tires. Scheduled to drop the car off the next morning (Saturday, 8am). Dropped the car off, but tires weren’t there yet, so instead of waiting, left my car and got a ride home - no big deal. 3:30 rolls around and I hadn’t heard anything so I called in… apparently my car had been done since 11:30 and they had sent a text (never received… I just chalked that up to technology), but a follow up call would have been nice. Got to the store around 4 to pick up and pay for the tires. Car was done and waiting. When going through the paperwork, I asked for documentation of the alignment… which they were unable to provide as their printer was out of ink (although they just printed my invoice and receipt… maybe their alignment system used a different computer and printer system?). I was told that my car didn’t really need anything “but they did work on it a little”. The car did drive straight with the old tires, but haven’t had an alignment since the old tires were put on 3 years ago. Manager said she could print it later in the week/email it to me. Paid for my tires, hopped in the car and took off as I had another obligation to get to with my kids. Going down the road my TPMS light came on. (My light originally started coming on early October as I had a small puncture in one of my old tires that I just put air in every few days, knowing I was getting new tires closer to winter). Called back to Tire Choice and supposedly talked to the Tech that installed my tires. I was told 2 of the 4 sensors were completely missing. I was dumbfounded as the TPMS sensors had been working previously. The Tech really had no explanation but offered for me to come back and they could see which tires no longer had sensors… “but it was definitely 2 or 3 of them missing”. I didn’t have time and already annoyed at the lack of documentation of a supposed alignment, and now TPMS sensors vanishing in thin air, so I did not go back. Still haven’t received the alignment paperwork 4-5 days later. So i don’t really know if I even had one done and/or what was done or corrected. No explanation on the now missing TPMS sensors (which after calling numerous places range from $60-$130/tire). And I’ve tried called about 6 times, different times Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, during their business hours. No one has answered any call and unable to leave a voicemail as their voicemail inbox is full. Update: 12/14/24: Went back today after talking to the manager last weekend about having the TPMS sensors replaced at their cost. The tech was still adamant i didn’t have sensors to begin with and had trailer stems instead - blaming the previous tire install (3yrs ago) as the culprit for my TPMS not working. Unfortunately became unprofessional towards me when they unmounted a tire and found a broken TPMS valve stem - again which he was adamant wasn’t broken. Had them unmount all tires - lo and behold the other three had sensors! After he was adamant there were 2-3 missing and I had the wrong stems! Another tech took over and actually checked the computer for codes - found the other three sensors had bad batteries, but i would be on the hook (fine, if they were dead and needed replaced, not their fault). This tech took the time to scan the codes, even show the readings/explain them. This should have been done at the initial install. This whole mess could have been avoided.

Very nice people that work here. I got an oil change the same day I called.
