Tire Credit Now

Brought my son’s truck in for some 35 inch tires I talked to Victor about. Got there and they did not have the tires. Guy behind the counter told me they had some 37 inch take offs from another truck that they had and he would sell me those for $800. Said they were new take offs so I Decided to go with those fast-forward three weeks later and my son got a nail in his tire. Took it to a tire shop to have them repaired and they refused to repair it because the tires I was sold by tire credit now we actually 14 years old. Contacted tire credit now spoke with Victor who told me they would make it right just give him a few days to work on it. He came back with a solution that I was happy with which was they would order 37 and I would just have to pay the difference on the new tires Told me they would have the tires in about a week. A week turned into three then into four never got the tires in. He then told me he was not going to be able to get the tires but he wanted to still try and make it right told me to contact him on Friday and he would give me $500 for my trouble. Friday came and went and no reimbursement. I contacted victor again and he kept telling me he would get the money and make it right because his word and reputation meant so much to him but I was constantly put off. Last conversation I had was a few weeks ago when he said he would call me to pay me because his word means so much to him. I gave him the opportunity multiple times to just tell me the truth and say he wasn’t going to pay me and make things right on the fact they sold me 14 year old tires. I ended up having to go somewhere else and by new tires all over agian and when I told the new shop what happened the response I got was it just cost you 800 to learn to never deal with Victor. Apparently I am not the only one who had been screwed over by this company. At this point I am sure I will never hear from him again and I have ultimately written this off and his words of good faith. Should’ve known something was wrong when I was told I had to pay for the tires before they would install them Any reputable business will complete the service than ask for payment. All I can suggest is that you stay away as far as you can from this business unless you’re OK with getting screwed over

I ordered the rims and tires. I was originally told it would take two to three weeks for them to come in.!I paid cash ($1,400.) down, that was July 11th, 2024. They have yet to arrive. I have requested my money ($1,400.) to be returned. It was a young man who got the $1,400. And stole it from the company. I have been put off over and over again. I have no choice but to take this matter to the court's. It’s been four months now. I think I have been patient enough.

IF YOUR HAVING DOUBTS ABOUT GETTING WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP , THIS REVIEW IS THE SIGN CONFIRMING YOU DONT GO HERE!!! I went to get a lift on my truck, “VICTOR” the sales manager had his worker run me up for 1000$ cash to get the job done. They said they needed it all up front, which was the first sign I should have seen, but me as a good person gave them the benefit of doubt. They said it would be done 2 days. To make a long story short I ended up waiting 3 weeks for nothing, my truck was in the same spot I left it at untouched every time I went to check it out. Such A waist of time with VICTOR. He will waist your time and he will make promises to you and make up lies one after another. The old run around as they say. VICTOR told me my truck would be done and if my truck wasn’t done by the 3rd week I can get my truck and refund. I pulled up and truck was again in the same spot it was when I left it. VICTOR was not at the shop at the time. He never is . So one of his excuses was that “sorry I’m not there I can’t do anything about it” the bozo would even tell me to go get my refund after store hours knowing he wasn’t going to be there. And just like he didn’t make an effort to lift my truck , he didn’t make an effort to give me my refund. If he wanted a 1k loan or something he should have just went to the bank. Took him another 4 weeks for me to get my refund through “cash app”. ONE week he sent me 100$ 2 weeks later he said he was going to pay me in payments , that never happened. By the fourth week I had enough and told him I was taking him to court. He was ignoring me for a while until he seen that I was going to take him to court and all of a sudden he answers. I’m always at work so i would always have to go out of my way and waist my time to deal with this childish character named VICTOR. Everything about VICTOR is sketchy. There’s a lot more I can say about my terrible experience about VICTOR and his shop but I hope this is enough to keep people safe and there hard earned money. And to spend on a business who actually deserves it.

I got 4 tires over 1k like a month ago. The young kid broke my valve stem a 45° angle. I noticed there was something inside my tire. Well, it was a piece of the broken piece from the valve stem. I didn't return back due to a car accident, now that I decided to come to fix the problem I need an appointment. LMAO Dont come to this tire shop, go to West Coast of Clovis or Tire Co. They give a warranty on your tires, repaired and rotation is a great service with this guys 💪

I got the wrong tires put on then owner blames me & said I just didn’t like the tires. He never returns my calls or txts just a shady business man DO NOT go to this tire shop
