I recently visited this shop because my car got a flat on Hempstead turnpike. These guys were really great. they diagnosed the issue and informed me of another easily remedied issue on the car. Great experience. Dealing with a flat tire in inclement weather is always a pain, but Discount Tire Pros made the whole process fast and painless. They repaired my leaking tire and replaced all 4 of my TPMS Sensors faster than I could tell my wife I don't need a ride home. Friendly employees, fast service, reasonable prices and reliability. I want to bring to your attention a concerning experience I recently had at Discount Tire. I visited them with a flat tire, and I was informed that patching the tire was not possible and that all four tires needed immediate replacement. Their approach was quite aggressive. Following my gut, I sought a second opinion at another tire service, where they promptly patched my tire and confirmed that my other tires were in excellent condition. This experience leads me to believe that the Discount Tire staff may be prioritizing sales over customer satisfaction.

Went in there for inspection. They ripped me off telling me I need 2 new tires. One tire has 12000 miles and was fine. The other tire was questionable. They told me I needed 2 tires and I was at their mercy because I needed the inspection. Previously I had always used them. Today will be my last visit. I have recommended them and always spoke highly. The way they talk to the customers is also gross- yelling from across the room. Just a totally abusive experience. Stay away!!!!!!

Fast professional service and at a good price. I wish I could give them 6 stars. This place is so convenient if you have tire issues and more. I called ahead to see if they had a certain tire. They did not stock it. They ordered it for me which took 1 day as promised. When I showed up the next day my tires were sitting and waiting for me and they took my truck in before I could sit down to wait. I'm so happy with the service!!!
