Tire Discounters

The team went above and beyond yesterday and really displayed some top notch customer service and problem solving. I can't thank the team and Shaun enough for what they did for me yesterday. Replacement of my battery that left me stranded was a pleasant experience with the team. I went to Walmart first to do it myself but do to incompetent management there i wasn't able to purchase a battery so I found my way to Tire Discounters and was given what I can say is one of my few enjoyable moments with a Auto Shop.

We drove an hour and a half to this location because a good buddy of mine works there. They were quick, polite and the location was clean. There was practically zero wait time. I believe they do more than just tires there. Talk to Shaun if you need anything. He's a great dude!

My experience was a very positive one. I was recently widowed and,was very anxious about this trip however the guys at the service desk were terrific. New tires purchased oil changed vehicle checked out it was great. They even helped me in my vehicle. As a handicapped person this was much appreciated. Great job and thank you!!!!

They over tightened and then tried to get it out at the next oil change using an impact driver, hammer and screw driver, and other removal tools. They had to replace the bolt with a completely different sized 17mm bolt plug. Now they (Jacob Coverdale Gen Mgr) claim this indenting of the tank could not have been them and that that is not how it looked when it left. They didn't even take time to look at the vehicle, yet denied it. They were the only ones to have touched it the last two oil changes. There is nothing else damaged around it. It sits under an engine covering shield, which helps keep road debris out. I am having to push this further up to corporate because they will not fix their damage. They told me to go a dealership instead. I just happened to go to do my oil change earlier than required and noticed. It is not even due for another oil change yet. UPDATE: agreed to fix it, sent to different TD, replaced oil pan 2 hr turned to 6. Next morning, caught on fire, not sealed properly. Still dealing with ins and TD.

I have always had bad experience w tire discounters customer service at our local location. But, I will say when i phoned in asking to get in at that moment for tire rotation Shaun who is the manager told me to come right over and they would get me in at that moment or with 30 min. His customer service was on point this day and let me tell ya they were extremely busy non stop moving and getting business done getting customers in and out and my wait time was not long at all from start to finish. Thank you so very much for the passion you showed each customer and time u took explaining tires to a lady who come in that day. Blessed to wittness the compassion you shared Shaun and cudos to your staff for workin so hard Job well done
