I’m an idiot. Glutton for punishment? I first brought my car here in 2023 and had all my struts replaced. They initially installed the front two upside down which they did fix. On this trip they also replaced my entire brake system which ended up in a broken caliper that I had to replace. They did help with the cost here so I was grateful as I had not planned on spending an extra $450 so they made me pay for one and comped the second (had to pay extra labor though) And mistakes happen, so no harm no foul. I was grateful and they were honest and nice. The front struts defected by late summer of 2024. They replaced them for free due to the warranty, but was charged for labor as they only have a 12 month warranty for that and it was 14 months later. Fine. I took my car in to get prices since I was gonna need to fix the struts. Got priced for tires and a broken sway bar. They ended up putting new tires on that day on accident. Had to wait for them to take them off. Miscommunication. Okay. Whatever. Made an appointment the following week for all the suspension to get fixed. Day of: they didn’t have the parts to complete it and I had to return the following day. (A week to prepare and somehow still didn’t have the parts) I was done by this point. It was the last time I was going to go to the shop. Figure three strikes I’m out. Bad luck or whatever it was - I just had no plans to return. Had every intention of getting tires elsewhere. However, times are tough and prices are prices. The company has great prices! So my husband makes an appointment on a Tuesday for a Saturday annnnd they call to say they don’t have the tires requested and we’d either have to reschedule or choose more expensive tires. Husband had already paid and so we told them we’d just reschedule. Thirty mins later (on our way back into town) they called and said they’d found the tire and lo and behold it would get done today. Cool. Picked up the car. They tell us that one of the tire sensors isn’t good. Needs replacement. Now, I know my car. I already knew one was bad and had been since 2022 when I got tires down in Texas. However, now ALL of my sensors aren’t working. Not just one that they claimed. All. I’m just so tired of the run around. The mistakes that keep adding up. I understand things happen and all but come on. Every time?! Every. Single. Time. I won’t be returning and luckily for me, hubs is on board too. I’m not sure if it’s just bad luck or they don’t know how to work on Malibus or whatever it is, but be WARY. I know a lot of people will wonder why someone goes back, but warranties in this economy are kinda NEEDED. But when you get hassled and charged and rescheduled enough, what’s the point of it? Still costs me labor and MORE PARTS every visit. It sucks, because in Chillicothe there are only so many places to go. Anyway, the PEOPLE are sweet and kind and friendly and I’ve nothing bad to say about any of them. Ray was helpful and informative, Becky was understanding and helpful. There’s another guy Patrick? I think, who was always quick to contact. The rest of it was exhausting though.

My first visit here, and my first experience buying a full set of tires. I'm loyal and had been going to the same car dealership for 30 some years. I needed good tires I could afford, and customer service that wouldn't let me down. I can't say enough about manager Becky, her team, and her shop. They were polite from my first call, greeted me quickly and professionally when I went in. They were never condescending, and instilled confidence in me that they would take care of my SUV and treat me fairly. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I've worked at multiple car dealerships in my life, I've never seen a shop so clean. These people take pride in their work and how they appear to us. I got 4 Milestar MS932 tires. My drive home was so smooth I could barely stand it lol. My right front tire was the only one with an alignment issue...when I left there I could tell my alignment had been done spot on. I know if there's ever an issue, Becky and her team will take care of me...that's most of the battle right there. I have trouble understanding any review that's not 5 star based on how I was treated. Give them a try. I'm now planning on being a regular customer. Thank you all so much for making giving you my money easier lol!!

Sales manager, Becky, and crew were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating during my visit. Got a set of four continental tires. It's the second set of tires I've purchased from this location, and I will continue to do so when I need another.

I HAD AN APPT @ 830A THIS MORNING FOR 4 TIRE INSTALL/ALIGNMENT + OIL CHANGE AND MY CAR WAS READY IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS. STORE WAS SPOTLESS, EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND THE MANAGER (TERRI) WAS INFORMATIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEKEND FOR BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT AND I WILL BE REFERRING ALL FRIENDS + FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS LOCATION…THANK YOU TIRE DISCOUNTERS & A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO TERRI AND HER CREW!

I was traveling with my family and a tire on my van went flat due to a large screw puncturing it. This store and employees were wonderful with getting the van in quickly and repairing it completely and quickly. We were able to relax in their waiting area while it was being fixed. Then we were back on the road to enjoy the rest of our trip.
