This rating comes from someone who gets tires often because of my job. I have never had this experience and the shady way around it is completely unacceptable. My daughter bought 2 new tires here only because my normal place had a long wait time. A few days later on her way home her tire went flying off! It even bounced over a truck it flew off with such a force and ended up way down the road deep into a field. She could only find 3 of her lugnuts around the road way. Her friend that was behind her said sparks were above her car and he watched her almost flip had she not been trained how to handle it she most likely would have flipped. Thankfully I got the tire back on for her and no serious damage occurred. Can see the white skid in the pictures from her rotor scraping as she stopped. Her rotor got scraped up and her rim too, but she is ok and that is all that matters she is still a teenager. They make you initial on the receipt that you will go back to tighten your lugnuts after 25 miles, but after speaking to several adults male and female I found myself as well as them had no idea about this. None of us ever had an issue with our tires either. They do not tell you this. Whomever put those lugnuts on did a poor job! Could have been a much scarier situation! I know none of us will ever go to this business again!

Josh and the guys are Awesome 😎 !!!! I will recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good job... Today is July 12th 2024. I discovered I had a screw in one of my tires which ended up being in the sidewall which rendered the tire useless. Jole and Josh promptly located a replacement at another location, immediately sent someone to pick the tire up and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. You Can't ask for Better Service than that. I will always return to this location and no were else. Keep up the Great Job J&J. Thank You Sincerely Dave Crawford (very satisfied customer)

on the plus side, I have new tires on my car and now it runs smoothly. won't be back again for the sheer fact they can't get their prices right. I'll pay a $2.50 disposal fee one day for a tire, then the next I'm getting charged $3.99 per tire (this is within a month time frame). then I get quoted $198 for mounting and balancing, but then my husband goes in for a quote and they tell him $150. future reference for anybody else, Stewart Street Tire and Auto mounts and balances for $20/tire. I just happened to HAVE to come into this dump on a Saturday when Stewart Street was closed. not sure where the disconnect is, but not impressed in the slightest and definitely won't be back. ladies, bring a man with you if you do decide to go to this place.

These guys are magicians! I feel like they really try to make the best of some tough situations. They don’t try to up sell or try to sell you things you don’t need. They worked within my limited budget to get me safely back on the road. Thank you!
