Called them up and they were over to where I was in less than 20 minutes (about 8 miles away) and had my tire replaced and me on the road in about 10-15 minutes. Wow - you’re a life saver man I appreciate you

Maybe my best customer service experience of year. Destroyed my tire when I hit curb, waited almost 2 hours for AAA to tell me there was nothing they could do and to call the Tesla dealer at 7:30 pm. I walked to my meeting, cleared my head and googled mobile tire service. Daniel answered, arrived 30 minutes later (8pm) with the right tire for Tesla S, sent me a pic, I Venmo $$, never left my meeting. He was done in 20 minutes, I got a ride to car, jumped in it and drove 20 miles home. Cost was less than I paid to have discount tire put a new tire on 6 months ago. I don’t know who Daniel voted for, what his ethnicity is or where he goes to church, but that was the best service of my year and reminded how great a country we live in. Best Service better than fair price.

Found a large bolt in my BMW front tire late last night, I’ve never used tire generation mobile repair, but Daniel answered his phone after 10pm at night, and even offered to come out that evening… We rescheduled for the following morning, and he was out at my house with the Tire issue completely fixed in less than 30 minutes. Probably some of the best customer service I’ve received ever… I would highly recommend!!!

I had a tire on my vehicle that had stripped bolts on it, and I was unable to change the flat as well as AAA. These guys came out very quickly and were able to install, mount and balance a tire on my car during my busy schedule. I’m very grateful for their service and would recommend them to anyone needing mobile tire service

Wife called me the other night from work saying she had a flat, went to take a look and saw a nail, called my Allstate roadside service, 3 different customer service reps and tow companies were unable to resolve a minute issue. I wasted hours with them. I initially called Daniel, thought it was a little pricy to fix a flat, but I should have just paid the little extra for peace of mind, I would have been home hours before, I eventually had to leave my car in the parking structure overnight because of Allstate Roadside’s incompetence. Needless to say, in the morning my wife called Tire Generation, spoke with Daniel, he explained the process, the price to her, and he showed up right on time when he said he would, took off the tire, took it to his truck repaired the hole, remounted it, and put it back on, all in less then 15 minutes!! My wife was impressed by Daniel’s friendliness, professionalism, expertise, and speediness of a job well done!! Definitely worth the price and peace of mind!! Just sorry I didn’t do it to begin with, Sorry Daniel! Tire Generation and their Team are awesome! Raul
