Thankful for Angel because he is always so kind and helpful when I come in for any work on my car. He thoroughly explains what needs to be done, and what may need to be done in the near future. Bonus is that I am always sent a vehicle report with everything broken down, so I can keep track. It feels good to have a location and employees that I can rely on!

Bob was really great from the first day that I called and spoke to him very patient and understanding guy. When I came to drop my car off, he was very much the same way in person. I really appreciate great customer service being that I work for car dealership and in customer service hospitality. Great guy to have on your staff glad he was able to help. And my tires are very nice and fitting. He explained each step of the way through the process, I’m really glad I used tire works for my purchase. Thank you !

I went to the Craig/Decatur Tire Works store. Unlike their competitors, they said no appointment was needed, so I just walked in. I was immediately greeted by the staff and there was no line or wait time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I purchased 4 new tires and alignment. The estimate took about ten minutes. Johnny was wonderful to work with and gave me a great deal. Unlike their competitors who don't hesitate to keep you waiting for 4 to 5 hours, this entire job was finished in 1.5 hours from the time I walked in until I left, as he promised, even though the mechanics were busy, and the bays were full. Everyone was busy working, and no one was standing around goofing off. Also, unlike their competitors, who make you drive around to find someone to do the alignment, they did the alignment right there on property. This Tire Works is conveniently located in an area where there are fast food restaurants and shopping within walking distance, giving you a choice of things to do while you wait. I will definitely give them 5 stars and I highly recommend them.

I desperately needed a tire replacement as my tire would only hold air a few hours. Tried several other stores but they did not have my tire in stock. Not only did Tire Works have several of my tire size in stock, but they agreed to get me in when it was near the end of the day. The technician as well as the service assistant were extremely professional and courteous. They had me out the door in much less than an hour. Their prices were great. Will definitely continue to use them.

What I like most about Tire Works is that every time I bring my car there, I get it back that day. Often in just a few hours. As a busy person who needs their car, I truly appreciate that! Also, their staff is very friendly! Angel is a very personable guy!

I ended up at the W Craig Rd location after a less than desirable experience at the Centennial location. Centennial hooked me up with an alignment for my truck after I removed a lift kit and oversized tires. If you want the full details on that, read my review of the Centennial location. TL;DR I got the worst alignment I’ve ever seen in my life and was sent to the Craig shop under warranty. I was greeted by Connor when I brought my truck to the Craig Rd shop and he got me checked in quickly. I went for a walk and when I came back Connor told me that the alignment was WAY out of spec; the caster alone was off by 8 DEGREES…he said every field was in the red… Alvaro, the alignment tech, had to realign my truck FOUR times to get it back in spec, which is insane. He did it in only around two hours too, which was amazing considering how bad it was. Alvaro and Connor road tested the final alignment and then had me road test it as well before releasing me. The truck drove perfect. I have no idea what happened at the Centennial location, but if you need an alignment, go here to W Craig. I can tell you with 100% certainty that Alvaro knows exactly what he is doing on an alignment rack, there is no way you could fix that mess without experience. Shoutout to both Alvaro and Connor. Connor did say that he was only acting manager for that day and actually worked at a location further south, but I did want to give him respect for doing an amazing job; especially in a store that isn’t regularly his to manage. 5-stars all around! They were extremely busy when I showed up and still got me taken care in a timely manner. I am forever grateful to Alvaro, Connor, and Tire Works customer service for getting me out of a really bad situation.
