Tires Plus

Worst service ever. Had an appointment for an oil change. Went there at 1pm they told me to drop off my car for two 2h. I was disappointed, but I did it anyway. I called them at 3 pm and they told me we need 2 more hours. All of this for an oil change. I just took my car to another place. Save yourself the headache.

Had an appointment scheduled for 12 and showed up 20 minutes early. The gal checking me in was rude and unprofessional and absolutely no help. I asked if she thought there was a chance they would get to me before Noon (was going to grab a bite) and also asked if she had an idea how long it would take to repair a flat tire so I could estimate how long it would be. The answer I got was sarcastic and condescending as first she said, "well they might be able to, but probably not. But after 20 minutes it won't matter." And for the repair time, she said it could be "30 minutes or less or 30 minutes or more." So I left, went down the road to another shop where I had no appointment and they took care of me. I understand people call off work and places can get busy and take longer than expected. What isn't understandable is how someone can act like a brat because their day is more difficult now because someone else called in. Also, I only used the bathroom to wash my hands but you couldn't pay me to go back in there. It was disgusting and in no shape to be used by anyone, let alone a customer. Not only will I not ever consider Tires Plus again but I will make sure to tell anyone I talk to that they should avoid them.

These guys saved me! I got a flat tire and pulled into a parking lot in the same shopping center as Tires Plus late on a Saturday night. I called them in the morning because I didn't know what to do or how to get my car to them. They were so kind and offered to come fill my tire up enough so I could drive over. Then they squeezed me in that day (Sunday) because I started a new job Monday morning and didn't have another way to get to work. They were so gracious and so kind and I will be forever grateful!

Great service always. Great value for my money. The location is near several restaurants. I have a nice place to wait while my vehicle is serviced. They also give a military discount. That is very nice of them.

They were absolutely busy when I went in and didn’t start on my car until about 2 hours after my scheduled appointment which is understandable with how busy they were. They told me other things to fix in the future on my car and provided me with updates! Really appreciate the work you guys do, especially in this frigid weather! Thank you!
