Tires to Go & Towing

If you plan to go here, please, just be wary/cautious. I paid almost $1,000.00 for 4 (supposedly new) tires, an alignment (that was Def not done), "new" rotors, and brake pads. Within 2.5 months, this is what my tires looked like (the two front) and my car was shaking very bad when I'd drive at 50 to 65 mph. I contacted the place and the owner gave me two new tires, but I decided to go elsewhere for my alignment and balancing of the tires. I am NOT saying this wasn't my own fault, but I have learned my lesson. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here and to anyone wanting to come here, just be cautious. That's all. The owner was very nice about everything, I will give him that. I just do not recommend coming here for new tires and alignment. Other than that the staff here was awesome. Upon further inspection at pep boys, I was told the alignment was absolutely terrible 😬 but all is better now! 😊

Came in originally for tire rotation and alignment. Came back the next day over a blown tire they failed to see was damaged. When inspecting they said I needed two new rear tires so I ordered them and went back. The alignment was messed up so bad I was fishtailing all over the freeway. After spending 3 days there and them just making my car worse and worse I took it to les Schwab only to find out they put my tires on backwards, the “new tires” I was given had plugs in them, and my alignment was so far off it took them HOURS to fix it AND I had to buy two new tires because the ones I bought from tires to go were TRASH! I tried calling to speak to the owner and was told he wasn’t available that he would call me back but of course he never did! Do not ever go here! They are scam artists!

Tires To Go is the best tire shop here in Hanford. Been bring my vehicles here for the last 10year. I like them because they have a wide variety of tires. Always have them in stock, and if not then they order them and they always come next day. Great customer service and great communication, very professional. I was reading through the reviews and noticed a bad review by a customer. Well just so happen I was there that day. In his review he said that he didn't get a refund, I was literally standing there in the office when the owner gave this guy his refund on his alignment And customer satisfaction and replaced his tire no charge. I recommend Tires To Go to friends and family.

Got new tires and an alignment done last month. Not only was there no communication but they kept my car from 8am till 3:30pm. Here we are a month later and I start hearing screeching when I turn only to see that my back tires didn't get aligned. Do your research and check their work if you come here. Update: So went back to get my alignment fixed and new rear tires. Not only did I have to pay for new tires even though they messed up the alignment. But then was told by the owner that they can't do the alignment on my car because they need specific tools to align Mercedes vehicles. He then blamed his "stupid" employees and how they should of known better even though he was the one I worked with from the beginning. So after messing up the front alignment, which was fine to begin with, and paid for new tires. I was told to go somewhere else. If you're coming here just get tires, if you need literally anything else just spend the money on an actual tire shop and save yourself the headache.
