This shop is very professional and efficient. I felt like my car was in good hands from the second I walked in. Brian assisted me and he is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was great at communicating with me and there were no surprises. My car was quickly brought in and diagnosed. The repair was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent customer service! It's clear that TLC Auto & Truck Repair Service Center values their customers and takes pride in their work. It's important to have a reliable and trustworthy place to take your car for maintenance and repairs. The repair service center was clean and well-organized, and I felt comfortable waiting for my car to be serviced. The staff was very friendly and courteous from the time of my arrival to the time I was leaving. The quality of the repair was top-notch, and I left that my car is in great hands. I would highly recommend TLC Auto & Truck Repair Service Center to anyone in need of automotive repairs. Overall, my experience at the TLC Auto & Truck Repair Service Center was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs. Wow ! Blown away… these guys are absolutely amazing I initially had left a bad review stemming from Service I had done back in July 2024. .. I thought the price seem to be rather high… Within a few minutes Brian had called me trying to rectify the problem. He asked what kind of car was brought in and said he would look into this right away. He let me know that they try their best to rectify bad reviews and they care about their customers… ( on this alone I was going to change my review because despite what I thought to be a high price few companies care enough to call and try to see what’s going on.) Within two minutes after that, one of the owners Peter called me. he had pulled up my bill and was going over it with me on the phone.. he then asked me if I would remove the negative review… Without hesitation, I told him yes I was going to do it before he even called me. Simply because you can tell these guys care about how they treat people and customers. .. After I told him that he then offered to give me a credit. I told him it was not necessary, but I did appreciate it. To which he insisted. I’m absolutely blown away by the Customer Service that TLC, Auto, Brian and Peter provided. Absolutely phenomenal.

I got a flat tire on 109 and luckily TLC was right down the block, so I pulled into the lot, and the guys were so helpful from the start. They took in the car quickly and put on the spare tire for me, since they didn’t have the tires on hand, but they ordered the tire needed. The next day they called me and when I brought in the car, I was in and out in an hour! They even rotated the tires, no charge. The guys working there are very professional and kind. Going forward this will be my go to spot for any car service that I need.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an auto shop. They run their business in an honest old school way. Can’t recommend this shop enough.
