Tm roadside assistance services and towing

Put my Statefarm claim in at 3:53pm ; 4pm they picked it up kept getting status of them 60-90mins. Reassigned driver twice from Mountain view to Evergren. Gave them the benefit of doubt for the weather being rate. It's 6:45pm and they didn’t show. Another service provider was dispatched and was here within 15mins it’s now 7pm and I’m back on the road. I get this kind of service, dispatch whoever available picks it up but again just drop it if the second time your assigning. Waste of time.

State Farm called them at 1:50 to assist me with a lockout service. ETA was between 60-90 so i said ok. At 5:10 I got a call from their dispatch and was told that the assigned driver had to attend to an emergency so they were going to assign another person to help me. Needless to say I cancelled their service because they’re just incompetent. Too bad they didn’t fold after Covid because this business practice is eventually gonna end up hurting a customer.

I used GEICO roadside assistance and they connected me with T&M. No show after 2 hours of waiting. I couldn't get through to anyone to speak to. I know things can get busy, but if they couldn't help, I wish they had just said so and let me find another tow truck.

Tom and Steve are an awesome team. I was stranded in the middle of San Jose at 11PM on Saturday night and they were able to tow me within 20 minutes to my home for a reasonable price even if it was a late weekend night. 1000%% recommend, thank you brotha.
