I brought in my 2011 Ford Focus because my AC wasn't cooling. Bob, the head mechanic, did an analysis of the system and isolated the problem to be my evaporator. It was leaking so that's why I had hardly any coolant in my system. Todd, the manager, gave me an estimate of the cost and the time needed to fix it. Later that day, I came by the shop to check on the progress. My car dashboard was all taken apart. With pieces on the back seat on the front floor and even on the roof. It was explained to me that the whole AC system was mounted on the dashboard, hence the disassembly. Looking at it, I didn't think they could have it done at the estimated time. Todd just smiled and reassured me. At the promised time, I got a call that the car was finished. When I got to the shop, i found it all out together, all cleaned and most importantly, the AC was running really well. And when i went into the office to pay, I found out that the bill even came to a little under the estimate. Great Work !!! The people are very professional and talked straight. The pricing was very fair and the quality of work was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Todd is great! I brought my vehicle to him after an accident and he was honest and informative with me the entire time. It's great to find a mechanic you can trust. From now on, you better believe any time I need mechanical work on any of my cars, or anyone asks me who to go to, it will be TNT and Todd!
