He gave her an itemized list of possible services so she could choose what she needed without pressure. Despite what the name of the company may imply, they have a lot of experience with Teslas and did a thorough and comprehensive inspection. They did a great job with the services and there is an obvious difference in how the car drives now versus how it was before being brought in. After the service was complete, they even cleaned and vacuumed the car! Thanks!!

Our Kia Sorento 2012 was not completing the smog test (OBDII monitors were not ready). I went to KIA Dealership and they quoted $2500. I brought the car here (looking for a second opinion), and they resolved it for way cheaper (less than $400). The entire experience was very positive; Tatsu and the Team are very professional. I definitively recommend them.
