Had a radiator leak problem while traveling in Oregon. Located Tom's Auto Service for a repair in Grants Pass. Jared, Jeff etc. were professional and efficient in addressing the problem and getting us successfully back on the road and home. Most appreciated. Update: Back in the same area two years later with a starter problem while travelling again in July 2024. Once again, Jared came to our rescue and got our starter replaced quickly and got us on the road to our reservations several hundred miles away. Terrific, accommodating shop for our emergency. Thanks Jared.

I took my recently purchased Chevy square body in with a list of relatively minor repairs. They only sort of took care of one of those, and another issue they found. But they said another part would be $400 (I found it for $40) and they couldn't find another part. Although there are work arounds, they weren't interested in fixing anything else, even though I was willing to pay. Found another place that was actually interested in helping... and getting paid.

Super fair, and good mechanics. They won't try to overcharge you just because you are a woman, I know thats a big fear with mechanic work. But these dudes are honest and fair. Quick too.
