I have been taking my cars to Tony's for 15 years. They are always honest and helpful. Sandra at the front desk has always made me feel like I was their only customer. She always shows me the broken parts to verify work.

I called to get a quote for brakes. When a lady that answered the phone said only "Hello," I thought I had the wrong number. I asked if this is Tonny's Auto Repair and she confirmed it was. I gave her all of the pertinent information for a brake job on my vehicle and she said she would call me back in a few minutes with a price. I left my number with her AND my phone number was not blocked. It is over 1 week later at the time of this review and I have not received a call. Totally unprofessional!

I been coming here for over 7 years and I am still getting great customer service and the quality of work is great. I also recommended some people to them and they liked their quality of work they do also. I well keep coming back to this place because I think they are honest mechanics which are hard to find nowadays.

I would definitely never go back there or recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was horrible and they don't guarantee any of their work. We took our vehicle in to get fixed and the same day we picked it up it was having problems continuously and they would not take it back in to look at it without wanting to charge us additional fees to look at it again. When we took our vehicle and it was only supposed to take between 3 to 5 days and ended up taking over two weeks and when we picked it up the price they originally told us was twice as high. Horrible business and horrible place.
