I took my car here after having it in a different shop for over a week. Last shop couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but Juan at Top Flight immediately came up with a plan and solution to figuring my car out. He was very thorough and communicative, keeping me updated (with pictures) every step along the way. Juan is very honest, pricing is reasonable, and he won’t try to upsell you on things that don’t need fixing (ladies— this one’s for you, no more getting scammed!!!). Will definitely continue bringing my car here!!

I don't ever review but this one cost me money for a simple mistake. I called Juan about an issue with my fuel injectors and he was nice enough to come by free of charge. However, when he pushed the cap of one of the fuel injectors into my engine he did not offer to retrieve it. He told me I would now have to take off the whole intake manifold..... The gaskets for the intake manifold are not reusable so I had to purchase new ones and Juan refuses to pay for the damages he caused. If you are going to go with Top Flight Mechanic make sure to get the work order in writing and don't let them touch your vehicle until they are bound by writing to be honest and decent. Good Luck!

I will highly recommend Juan and his mechanic skills. He is honest, informative, and very knowledgeable. He stayed in contact with me through the whole repair process and even sent me pictures. (2012 Audi Q7) He is awesome and has been a huge relief when it comes to automotive repairs.
