Never go here! I have to warn you about Top Gear. I went to Top Gear for a full brake job (rotors & pads) and my parking brake replacement back in fall 2022. Well, this June 2024, I had my AC and shocks and struts redone (do to faulty parts) at another trusted place, and they discovered my rear brakes were at 10% life left. How? Top Gear never did them. They charged me though. Only did front end and they sealed for 6 months! After the fix, Van was good through July 2024..then my parking cable snapped a couple weeks ago when I was on US23 heading north. It wrapped around my wheel and made a horrible screaming sound. Then it has been in 2 pieces all this time, bumping and squealing ever since. Top Gear, that ripped me off in October of 2022 was the place I paid $1100+ for front and rear brakes and to replace and repair my parking brake. They didn't do my back brakes at all and they reused an old line or something for the parking brake. My current mechanic told me what it was, and when I told him that my parking brake was supposed to have been new as of October 2022, he said there is no way that was new. I told him I paid $200 just for the parking brake replacement back then and I hadn't used it since. I had been afraid to test it. I had this mechanic just tie it off. I'm not going to use it. Top Gear is a joke! Scammers!

The Top Gear team is conscientious and thorough, even for a routine oil change. They use a top quality full synthetic oil brand, and perform good quality work quickly. My appointment time was honored so I did not have to wait. Thank you Top Gear for your service -- I will be back!

The people here are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I dropped off my car on a Tuesday. They looked it over, found the issues and corrected them. I had my car back on Thursday. They kept me very informed every step of the way. I highly recommend!!!
