EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I'm blown away by the team at Tops Towing & Garage! November 7, 2024 while driving on US-33 in Zanesfield, OH, I experienced a nightmare scenario - both trailer tires fell off! I called Tops Towing, and they promptly dispatched a team of 5 professionals who expertly unloaded my trailer and towed it to their shop. The next day, they had my trailer fixed and ready to go - all at a very reasonable price! The staff, particularly Tim and Chelsea, were friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Called Ace Towing and he recommended Tops Towing. Talked to the office and Tim. Text my location and pictures of the task required. Sent a wrecker right away. Took a while to arrive (I was in BFE after all), however once there Tiffany and (sorry I didn't get your name) came up with a game plan and got me back on the road. $1165. Well done team.

Our vehicle died on the highway this cold afternoon. We were quoted 30-40 minutes before a truck arrived. He got there close to that 30 minute mark and was really friendly and professional. He waited a few extra minutes for our ride to arrive instead of just taking off with my husband. This made our whole stressful event much easier to handle. Pricing was fair too! Highly recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

Good honest people that dragged my boat outta the lake and managed to save my boat and trailer which were connected to it still . Their diver was very helpful and knew his stuff . Thanks again to everyone involved that night . Bravo Zulu to that team and the diver !!

Trying to move a shed 5 blocks and was quoted higher than other places. That only tells me they don't want to do this job or they value their time. I know they are busy people and have easier jobs to do so I'm not knocking the business. They are prompt and helpful. I'll just have to go to somebody else for this tow. I will consider them in the future for sure.
