Extremely Disappointed - Avoid This Shop I recently visited this shop to replace the windshield on my Camry. Initially, we agreed on a price of $375. After they finished the job, I tried to pay with my credit card, but they claimed their credit card machine wasn’t working. I offered to go to a nearby ATM to get cash, but they refused to give me my car keys. I had to walk to the ATM, only to find out I couldn’t withdraw cash. When I returned, they finally tried the “broken” credit card machine again, which miraculously worked. However, they ended up charging me $407 instead of the agreed $375 This shop not only wasted my time but also overcharged me. I strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

Their manager(person with gray hair pictured) stressed to me that he doesn’t care if they told me to come now. If someone shows up they don’t care about the arrangement anymore. You can go home. Unethical behavior. I called them on Friday, was told I can come any day next week. On Tuesday I called to make sure they’ll take me on Wednesday. Dedicated 3 hours, drove there and ... was told “leave, don’t block our space”.
