These guys are awful, sold my car to them, got 2 fast track tickets a week later and they hung up on me and won’t answer my messages. Very scammy and disrespectful business. That means they also aren’t transferring the title so be careful

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The guy running the business told me over the phone that it would cost 300 dollars to get my car back. When I arrived, he charged me 530 dollars in his words, “Just because I can”. These people are not honest nor are they trustworthy. Do not do business with these thieves.

If I could leave zero stars I would disgusting company complete scam artists they ought to be shameful of themselves. I got my car towed in my own apartment complex and I got it out in less than an hour. Cost me $480. Never ever use this pathetic company for anything they will just scam you and take as much money as they can. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY PAY PEOPLE TO LEAVE THEM. THIS COMPANY IS DOES SHADY WORK AND IS ONLY HERE TO RIP YOU OFF.

No one is happy to be picking up from a tow lot. But this is highway robbery. It seems like they patrol maybe ? I parked at a friends house for about 30 minutes max. (there is no guest parking and no “no parking signs”) they had the car for less than an hour. And they charged me 480$!!! Get it out. That is 120$ MORE than the max price posted on their signs. They charged a full day or storage, and an additional after hours fee and who knows what else. This place should absolutely be shut down, it’s totally fraud. They couldn’t tell me why they’re charging more than the max on their posted signage the kid that worked there just kept saying “that’s what my boss told me” it’s insane idk what kind of scam business this is but the city of Anaheim should really do their due diligence and look into this place.

Rude guy in charge and they definitely ripping people off their website says that is 335 for getting tow and 100 for after hours pick up and the charged 480 .This is definitely not right and the guy try to say that the hours are wrong .We lived in this are for years and have friends there that got towed before as well and they are definitely pocketing money .Someone has to report this place they are definitely ripping people off .Top it off can’t pay with card when it says you can pay with card .They ask to zelle or Cash only .This is definitely unacceptable.
