I had (what I thought was) a terrible scrape on my SUV. I was fully prepared to receive an estimate for an expensive repair, and paint job. Instead, Neil took a rag and paint thinner, and like magic removed all the damage, and didn’t charge me a penny. He absolutely could have made a mint on me, but was so honest and kind. I was beyond impressed with his kindness and professionalism. 5 stars… highly recommend!

Town and country are great. After a collision my van needed new parts and a paint job, and they were willing to work with me to get the work done. They did a great job and when I got my van back she looked like new. A nice surprise was that they detailed the inside of my car as well. Nice bunch of guys and I will go back there if I ever need car body work done again.

We have used Neil and the shop twice. The first time was a good experience when directed there by our insurance company. Our most recent experience is leaving something to be desired. Our son had a minor accident that required a small dent to be repaired and paint work to a right front quarter panel. Everything looked ok until we went to drive the car the next day and realized that the car's camera and turn signal on that side are no longer working. We looked in the car's app and saw a notification that there was a problem. The notification happened while the shop had the vehicle. We understand things happen while work is being done, but when brought to Neil's attention, instead of fixing the issue his shop created he told us we would have to take it to the dealership and there was no offer of compensation for the issue they caused. All of the electronics worked when we dropped the car off. Terrible customer service. Will not bring another vehicle here again.
