This is the 3rd jeep I have leased and have gone to numerous dealerships in search of the best service and price. After countless hours wasted, and nerves being tested from other “shady” dealerships my search always comes back to Town and Country!!!! Best sales staff and best deals around!!!! Highly recommend

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase ! Great selection to choose from. Great staff, Mike helped me and really made the whole experience so easy. They were able to answer every question I had and I got a great deal on the vehicle I purchased ! Just leased my second car from Town and Country Jeep. Both times I purchased with Len Dano and he was a pleasure to work with and I know I am in good hands with him. Len was amazing throughout the whole process. He was kind and understood everything that I needed and worked with me to ensure I was happy. He took note of all of the features I wanted and guided me to choosing the car that fit my needs. The buying process was quick and smooth. At pickup, Len went over all of the features of the car in detail. Also, he followed up in the following weeks to make sure everything was going well. Great experience at Town and Country!

General Manager Mike Perez was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Jeep Wrangler 4XE when we came in to speak about it. He was very very nice and it was a non high pressure environment, which is unusual with Car dealerships. I recommend everyone come to Town & Country Jeep and ask to work exclusively with Mike Perez. He is very accessible for a GM and provides as much time as possible to personally help you. Thank you so much again Mike!!

They're lucky they got 1 star. Had an appointment the Wednesday. Took it in for Service and a recall. was told it would be a day or 2. Been calling since Friday because no one called me back. At one point I was told Anthony the advisor would call me bank. Called back later on and was told Anthony left for the day. Called the Saturday. This is 4 days the vehicle has been there. Finally spoke to Anthony who told me that the vehicle would be looked at first thing Monday morning. I told him I had an appointment for the Wednesday, his response to me was that the appointment was so you can be on queue for them to look at the vehicle. Monday morning comes, called and Anthony is out and the vehicle still hasn't been looked at. So I picked it up at 8AM, took it to Westbury Ram Service. its 9:30 and the service and recall is completed. Don't waste your time at Town and Country. Go anywhere else.
