Town Fair Tire

Had a wonderful experience at the High Ridge Rd Town Fair Tire. I was able to discuss the different options for my 2018 Mazda and selected a great tire. I arrived on time for my appointment and Ken told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. I told him I would walk over to the local Starbucks, and he would call back when the car was ready. I got my drink and was just sitting down to review email when Ken called. Car was done. 35 minutes from when I left the shop. Amazing! However…. I got a puncture in the new tire three days later. Dealt with Edwin. Edwin was every bit as professional as Ken. He got the tire changed and the vehicle out of the door in just over an hour. So, while it definitely is worth it to make an appointment, Ken, Edwin, and the rest of the staff at Town Fair Tire on High Ridge are awesome. Great prices, superlative service and a pleasant atmosphere make me think anyone who doesn’t use this store for their tires in the Stamford CT area is wasting their time and money.

I have been a customer of Town Fair Tire on High Ridge Road Stamford for many years. I have bought winter and all season tires for my 2 cars which they change over for free each year. I usually work with Mark who is super knowledgeable and friendly. He has helped me navigate the vast assortment of brands and types of tires available and knows what tires are best suited for the make and model of cars I drive. No high pressure pitches and a genuine concern for my budget considerations. He is a pleasure to deal with and the entire crew there are friendly and competent. The technicians doing the work are courteous and careful with your automobiles. They do quality work and having watched them install and repair my tires I am confident to say you will be extremely satisfied with their service. Town Fair provides free flat repair, tire rotations and tire changeovers which is an enormous value add to their competitive prices too. A special thanks to Mark for always taking great care of me. I love the new Continental Extreme Contact tires and wheels he suggested. If you are in the market for Tires, Town Fair Tire on high Ridge Road is the place I highly recommend.

Called on a Friday talked to Mark who was extremely helpful with finding tires for me and went in Saturday morning and had them installed in under an hour. Mark went above and beyond to explain everything and get the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know and would definitely return in the future.

I live in 25 miles from this Town Fair location but the trip is always worth it. Mark and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Mark has never steered me wrong and never oversells me. He gives me his recommendations and options and I choose what works best for me.
