Shout out to the Toyota Direct Service Department employee, Jonathan!! He was fantastic during check in when I dropped off the car initially quoting me a 1-1.5 hour wait time. He could see my surprise (I was only getting an oil change and tires rotation/fluid top-off) and was able to get me on my way in under an hour. Fantastic customer service with a smile and I wasn't late to work! Thank you Jonathan for recognizing a customer's needs!

Took my 21 Camry to them for all services. All the services were done early on the car. At 60k miles they recommended I do a transmission flush and I ended up doing it like they recommended. I was there for 4 hours just for them to tell me they haven’t started. The service advisor told me they would rush it for me and ended up finishing it in the next 30 min. 5-10k miles after that my transmission blew up and they claimed it wasn’t their fault. I have talked to other Toyota service advisors at different locations and they said it’s a lengthy process that can’t be rushed. The service manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I brought my concern to him and brushed it off. I can confidently say that dealership ruined my car and is a huge reason I will never be stepping foot in a Toyota ever again.

Had an oil change and new tires installed on Friday. Friendly people, poor quality service. - new oil change sticker was not applied - missing tire valve cap on one of the new tires - had to return to the dealer as one or more of the new tires was severely out of balance - spent an additional 2 hours at the dealer while they had to “recalibrate” their balance machine (was I the only one with this issue? Hope they called other customers who had their tires balanced with this un-calibrated machine) - one of the new tires blew out on a roadtrip 2 days later (no visible sign of puncture or damage; installation issue?) - the spare tire has no valve cap - the spare tire was low on air The last two are not necessarily included in a service, but you would think would be a common courtesy at a “high quality” dealership. Yes, I did call and leave a message and 6.5 hours later have had no response.

Toyota Direct Service lost my car keys and waited 2 days to tell me. Never apologized and tried to blame everything on AAA. They were handed to service desk directly! Had my car towed due to multiple indicator lights flashing lights. Car arrived just after 2pm on a Monday. Appt at 3. Call at 5:30pm to get status. Told we’ll get a call back. Tuesday same story. No calls back. Wednesday call and ask if my car has been looked at yet - then they tell me it hasn’t and they don’t think the car is there. They turn it on tow company and knowing if they dropped at correct location. Calling AAA - they say it was dropped correctly. Go to Toyota Direct see car immediately and go inside. Learn they have lost the keys, which they blame on AAA. Multiple calls to AAA and the actual driver. Driver says he dropped at service desk, description of person. This is relayed to Toyota Direct, more waiting and magically keys are found. No one apologizes! I understand mistakes happen - why did no one call us back at anytime? What if the car wasn’t actually there? We wouldn’t have known for 2 days. We actually couldn’t have been more understanding. The call center seemed like we were bothering them for checking and kept saying they have multiple locations. Google shows one address. Not sure why it is so hard to check in keys or physically look for a car.

I took my 2023 Tacoma in for service this morning. The experience was great and Maggie did a wonderful job of keeping me informed throughout the process. Great job Maggie!!
