I came in for a recall repair and was there for at least 5 hours because of how many customers were ahead of me. The wait was long for a good reason. The good thing was the wait was pleasant. Customer service was good. The facility was very comfortable and accommodating. Seating, computer desk where I could charge my phone, coffee machine for a pick up. The bathrooms were nice too. There were food options within walking distance of the location. Nice place to be if you have to wait for several hours.

Sat in the dealership for five hours today for what should have been 60-90mins max. Service advisor agreed the car needed to be connected to the diagnostic tool, checked for updates, flashed, and checked to see if there was any way to re-calibrate the digital compass on the HUD. Instead they did nothing, and told me I should come back another day when the service manager was there. WHAT?!?

I had an amazing experience at the Pasadena Toyota location, even though I don’t drive a Toyota—I have a Hyundai! I worked with John, and he went above and beyond to help me out. He provided valuable information, gave me suggestions to improve my plan, and made sure I had everything I needed. Even his manager approved them helping me, which I really appreciated. Despite being incredibly busy with other customers, John was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive the entire time. He seemed trustworthy and made me feel well taken care of. This is clearly a great business, and I can’t thank John enough for his help. Give that man a raise—he deserves it! Highly recommend Pasadena Toyota!
