Went to this Toyota service for oil change and coolant leakage repair on my 2004 Toyota Camry, the service advisor charged me for an “advanced diagnostic” for $200 which only consisted of popping the hood and taking pictures of very obvious radiator which i could see before I went. 15 seconds max of a bogus “advanced diagnostic” that did not look at any other part of the car for $200! Then recommended a replacement radiator for $1,250 for a 2004 Toyota Camry, (it is not a BMW or Mercedes). I declined the radiator replacement but still did the oil change. So all in all, $280 for an oil change.

Christopher helped me get my Toyota Tacoma and I am very please with the choice he helped me get what I like now. He is a patient and kind saleman. He won't trick you or lie. Everyone there is very kind. Except this one small short old man kept looking at me very angrily. Some people are strange! Ha! But everyone are very kind and supportive. I give them a 9.5☆'s

I went in this morning at 730a. I asked technician for oil change and change air filter, on. Toyota Tacioma well I got the oil change but no air fliter, later wen I gotten home I called the 866 number was transferred but no one answered so I hung up. The Service Manager called me back and apologized.. Its OK Toyota I put in the air filter myself. Would I refer Toyota to my family & friends? Probably NOT
