Dissatisfied experience. No proper communication is done on what services are mandatory and what are optional. They confuse you with the words by saying the optional services as recommended where in they don’t mention that those services are optional. So as a Coustmer you will end up paying for the services that are not mandatory or required.

I brought my 2023 Highlander in for 30,000 check up. Greeted by Tim the Service Advisor and he promptly checked me in for the service and added a recall that needed action as well. I always feel at home with these guys. Another great trip and Service by The Romeoville Crew! Thank You Guys!

Ita sad that service department its realy full of trash i came to this place a weeks ago to get some bearings i was told they be here in a week or so i show up a week after and am told now they back order plus they aint getting ETA when they will be delivered thats insane will be my last time coming to a dealer 👌

Dan the manager went above and beyond after a sour experience I had prior, he took care of the car and went above my expectations. Had just bought a Tacoma from another dealer. Took it to the car wash 3 days after and the wash ripped off one of the roof drip moldings. I ordered a replacement but had trouble installing because the $3 plastic clip it snaps into had broke. Thought I’d just have the dealer deal with it so when I took it in they mentioned it’d be about $100 to do. Get a call back telling me it’ll be $400 because they need to re order the molding and other pieces which have nothing wrong with them. They lied and said an additional clip was missing. Looking at the parts diagram from Toyota and did not see the additional clip they were trying to refer to. I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and chalk it up to miscommunication. Bought the clip from them for $3, a bottle of water proof super glue $6, and fixed it myself. I don’t mind paying to have someone else do it for me but if you’re not careful they will skin you. They did also service my oil and front diff fluid which had a minor leak from the drain plug gasket being crushed. No issues there and was given a ride to and from my home to get the vehicle. If you’re not careful they may overcharge for services you can do on your own.
